    Esta clase está diseñada especialmente para principiantes adolescentes y adultos que quieran iniciarse en el mundo del flamenco, sin necesidad de experiencia previa. Aprenderás los fundamentos de este poderoso estilo: técnica de brazos, zapateado, ritmo y expresión corporal, en un ambiente divertido, motivador y sin presiones.

Ideal para quienes desean explorar una nueva forma de expresión, fortalecer su confianza y conectar con la música desde el alma.

   Empieza con un calentamiento para desarrollar la postura, fuerza y elasticidad. La clase sigue con brazeo, floreo, palmas, zapateo y vueltas.  Se trabajaran coreografías para lograr el entendimiento de los diferentes ritmos flamencos. Se ejercita la movilidad de los alumnos al trabajar combinaciones y coreografías desde los distintos puntos del espacio en donde se baila y desde las diferentes dimensiones del cuerpo.

   This class is designed especially for beginners, teenagers and adults who want to get started in the world of flamenco, without the need for previous experience. You will learn the fundamentals of this powerful style: arm technique, footwork, rhythm and body expression, in a fun, and motivating environment.

Ideal for those who want to explore a new form of expression, strengthen their confidence and connect with music from the soul.

   This class starts with a warm up to develop posture, strength and elasticity. It is followed by: Brazeo (armwork), floreo (handwork), palmas (clapping to the rhythm or against it), zapateo (footwork) and vueltas (turns). Choreographies will be developed in order to help the students to understand the different flamenco rhythms. Combinations and dances will be rehearsed in a manner that exercises the mobility of students in the different points of the space they are dancing and from the different dimensions of their bodies.
